		<description>I had the same problem with the online site requesting my &quot;address&quot; field to be entered after it was already completely filled out. I wound up calling in and the application went through fine with a rep.
I was disappointed at the small extra fees that were attached to the card each time you use it (if you&#039;re not signed up with the monthly $9.95 per month deal. I didn&#039;t read the small print at first but I feel it should be less monthly or more of a donation to the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation through these fees. I am currently looking for another prepaid card that is cheaper to maintain AND supports the foundation more.</description>
