The Black Diamond Rush Visa Card is a prepaid card that is part of the Rush Card series of cards. The Rush Cards are popular thanks to their founder Russel Simmons. The Black Diamond card offers a variety of benefits to card members. With the card you get a low monthly fee, numerous loading locations, direct deposit, and the card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted. This card is available to anyone including those with bad credit. It doesn’t matter if you have had credit problems in the past you can still apply and get approved.

Card Summary
The Black Diamond Rush Visa Card is a basic prepaid card that offers a variety of loading locations and a variety of ATM’s for withdraws. This card is available for the monthly plan. Since this card is a prepaid card you will not be charged interest and you can’t overdraft the the account. You don’t have to worry about overdraft fees because you can only spend what you have deposited into the account.
Monthly Plan
The Rush Cards come in two different plan, either the monthly plan or the pay as you go plan. The Black Diamond card utilizes the monthly plan and it gives you a fixed monthly fee and allows you to have two ATM withdraws a month and an unlimited amount of signature transactions. You get this without any additional charges. The monthly fee is $9.95 and there is also a $3 activation fee with the monthly plan.
Credit Builder
One of the features of the that not all prepaid cards offer is the credit builder. The RushPath credit builder helps you build credit history every time you pay your bills with your Card. You can pay bills like utilities, rent, phone, etc. It’s free to all card members and you don’t have to enroll, you just get it. RushCard automatically reports your payment history to LexisNexis® and PRBC®, a national credit reporting agency. These credit reporting agencies basically will create a file for you to report positive credit. At some point when you apply for a credit card, lenders may use your credit information obtained by one of these lenders. In order to partake in the RushPath you do have to enroll, but its free.
Free Card Features
This card offers several free features you get for just being a card member. For example, at anytime card holders can view their online account for free. Your online account gives you access to your card statement, balance information, or account history whenever you want. You have the option to opt in for free Email and Text Message Alerts and your card account balance can be text messaged to your phone or email daily. At anytime you can use the online money tool which helps with budgeting and account management.
Loading the Card
When it comes to loading your card you have several options. Using direct deposit is free and very convenient. This involves having your paycheck or even government benefits check automatically deposited into your prepaid account. This means you won’t have to wait in line or pay to cash your check. These are just a few of the benefit of direct deposit. You also have the option to load your card with cash. You can do this by going to any of the participating locations such as Western Union, MoneyGram and Green Dot Money Pak. Bank & Wire Transfers, PayPal Transfers and Card to Card transfers with other Black Diamond members is acceptable too.
Card Fees
This card is a prepaid card so you will not be charged interest or overdraft fees.
