Card Summary
The Purple Diamond Visa Card is a basic prepaid card that does not charge a monthly fee. There are numerous retail locations where you can add money to the card and a variety of ATM withdraw locations. The card does not charge interest and you can not overdraft the account. You can only spend what you load onto the card so overdraft fees are a thing of the past.

Monthly Plan
The monthly plan gives you a fixed monthly fee and allows you to have two ATM withdraws a month and an unlimited amount of signature transactions. You get this without any additional charges. The monthly fee is $9.95 and there is also a $3 activation fee with the monthly plan.
