I am desperately trying to reach a LIVE customer service person for Upside ……..I lost my prepaid card and have an entire pay check loaded onto it……..The computer generated customer service says a new one was mailed to me 10 days ago……Now I cannot get anyone to help me with my problem and I cannot even pay my bills. HELP

It’s pretty sad that I’m not even a customer yet but I don’t have a positive review for this company. I emailed them to ask some questions that weren’t covered on the website and after the first response, they never responded again. I called after sending a number of emails and the rep was foreign, probably outsourced, and couldn’t answer any of my questions. She didn’t know what FDIC was or if the bank that endorsed the company (Metabank in Sioux City) was. I asked about membership fees and she asked me where I saw that information. ??? I hung up. I checked the BBB in New York where Plastycs Inc. (Upside Visa) is based out of and they have had 23 complaints against them in the last 90 days and they’re only a year and 4 months old. They have a B- rating. I would suggest checking against Angie’s list as it is a legal and legitimate source for reliable information. They don’t sell memberships to companies or allow their employees or competitors to post reviews. I am still considering trying the card and then give a review again after a few months.

Tina, you can either call UPside for the information, or log into your account online to get it. They may have also sent you your routing number and account number in the mail when you applied for the card.
