Loading Money
You may add funds to your Card, this is called “value loading” and it can be done at any time. (There is no limit on the number of times you may value load your Card.) However, the maximum value load you may place on your Card when aggregated with any other Cards you have authorized is restricted. You agree to present the Card and meet identification requirements to complete load transactions. You have the option to sign up for direct deposit which gives your employer the authorization to electronically deposit your paycheck into your NetSpend account. You won’t receive a paper check anymore and you won’t have to pay to get it cashed. If you enroll in Direct Deposit and you automatically get upgraded to the best level of services at no additional cost. This is called NetSpend Premier.
How To Apply
Applying is easy and can be done online. Be prepared to provide your personal information including your social security number. This card is a prepaid card, but your information still needs to be verified. It is federal law that this information be obtained and verified. Approval is 100% guaranteed regardless of your credit history.

thank you for this great article , just wanna ask you about one thing i’ve seen in their site , go and check the video you can see that non-us citizens can get the card using passport .
but still don’t get it if they mean us residents non citizens or mean international users.
